Excellent hotel, and amazing restaurant with great selection using a lot of local produce. Have been to Grand Bornand many times and been in the hotel's bar but this was the first time staying in this hotel. We were half board. Breakfast was great, with croissants from the local bakery and a good selection of cheese/fruit/eggs/bread/coffee. Dinner was excellent, with a suggested menu each evening with soup/starter/main/cheese/desert included, or if that didn't suit you could order from the menu. We really liked having the suggested menu as it meant we ate a number of things we may not have otherwise. Spa facilities good including sauna/steam room/jacuzzi. Fairly small but plenty of towels and we always had a relaxing time in there. Room - classic ski chalet style room so a lot of wood and not huge but big enough. Comfortable beds, good shower etc We shall be staying here next year no question.

Lovely, friendly and professional staff. A really clean and cosy room with a flower filled balcony and the most spectacular views 😍. Relaxed atmosphere with delicious breakfasts and evening dinners with a great, attentive team. 😀

The hotel was in the centre of Grand Bo, with a delightful view from the room. Very quiet when we stayed and breakfast was lovely. Staff were great and froze my picnic cooler blocks for the next day!

perfectly located, tastefully decorated, great simple spa for relaxation! very easy staff, we parked our bikes in the entrance for the night - and the brasserie was really nice for the dinner!
